Harborline’s early stack mixed ad-hoc APIs and a single shared database schema. As customers grew, latency spiked and tenant isolation became a compliance risk.

Tenant-safe cloud data plane
ApexVex designed a multi-tenant architecture on AWS with Supabase Postgres, row-level security, and a typed API layer. Indexing strategy, connection pooling, and observability were tuned so teams could ship features without fighting the data plane.
